STAYS IN BIBIONE
The participants and their groups have access to the stays, such as apartments, hotels, camping and colonies in the tourist resort at reduced prices. Stay offers and their prices are listed in the application form.
Stays in apartments or maxi caravans (mobile houses) with 4-6 beds. The apartments are available from 4 p.m. upon arrival. When the keys are handed over, a down payment of 50.00 euro is requested for each living space unit. The down payment is refunded on the departure day after the rental agencies have inspected the apartments. The keys have to be returned to the administration office at the Centro Tennistico Comunale (via Cellina, 2 Bibione)by 10 a.m. on the departure day, otherwise the fine is the loss of the down payment refund.
The apartments include a bedroom with 4 beds or two bedrooms with 6 beds, living room with a sofa bed and cooking facilities (dishwasher, fridge, cooker included), bathroom (toilet paper and towels excluded). Generally all apartments have a double bed and a sofa bed. Almost all the apartments have parking space. It is recommended to check in by 7 p.m in case there is need for assistance (ex. empty gas bottle, water leaks, lack of electricity, etc.), after this hour it will not be possible to call the rental agencies for assistance. Should the participants arrive in Bibione after the closing of the evening check-in, we will make sure to leave an envelope at the reception of the Villaggio Turistico Internazionale, open 24 hours a day, with the key and a map for the participants in order to be able to reach the assigned accommodations. The morning after the arrival the team leader will take care of the check-in. The assignment of apartments close to each other is understood when two or more apartments are requested in the application form, while it has to be indicated if separate application forms are used. It is not possible to know the apartment assignments in advance. The rental agencies hand over the envelopes with the keys and maps of the apartments to the organizers in the hours just before the check-in opening. It is recommended to bring bed sheets and towels, if they are not requested.
Attention: It is not possible to stay in the apartments and mobile houses assigned in the tourist resorts with more people than the number of beds requested in the application form.
Stays in hotel.
The lodging is for a minimum of two nights. The teams must check-in by 11 p.m. The organizers guarantee the best selection of the hotel facilities present in the tourist resort. All the hotels under the agreement (from 1 to four stars) offer rooms with two or more beds with their own bathroom, reserved parking space and adequate services.
Stays in camping.
The teams must set up the tents by 11 p.m. Inside the Villaggio Turistico Internazionale (4 stars) equipped camping spots are available where it is possible to set up tents or park a camper (in this case there are no additional costs to those indicated in the application form for camping). Inside the resort there is a fee-paying car park: in the vicinity of the resort there is ample parking space where you can park free of charge. The Villaggio Turistico Internazionle, situated in the immediate vicinity of the Bibione thermal complex, has a café, restaurant, bazaar, market, newsagent’s, games room, tennis court, a set of changing rooms with hot water and showers, bathrooms, big swimming pools equipped with a slide and hydro massage and numerous other services.
Stays in a colony.
The lodging is for a minimum for two nights. The teams must check in by 10 p.m. It is recommended to bring bed sheets and towels, if they are not requested, The colony, property of the Centro Italiano Femminile (CIF), is situated by the sea with an ample private beach beside the Villaggio Turistico Inernazionale. The colony offers shared rooms with 4-6-8 beds with an outside bathroom.
